QUALIFICATIONS
- With at least 1 year of experience with permitting work in the road right-of-way, reading, and developing permit drawings
- Must have a Bachelor’s Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering
- A professional License in Engineering is an advantage
- Must be highly proficient in AutoCAD Drafting
- Must have at least 3 years of relevant experience in a related field
- Must have the ability to work independently as well as with multi-disciplinary teams
- Preferably with experience in Linear utility projects within Public ROWS (right-of-way)
- Must have excellent communication skills
- Willing to work office based - 1Nito Tower, Archbishop Reyes Avenue
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Carry out technical CAD operations in accordance with the client’s system to meet time and quality requirements relating to delivery on specific projects.
- Meeting with clients’ needs specifically reviewing blueprints and design drawings
- Creating surface and solid CAD models according to client specifications
- Review CAD models with the client and make minor adjustments
- Conducting final model rendering and delivering the final product
- Do other tasks that may be assigned by the client
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: Php25,000.00 - Php40,000.00 per month
