Jack & Jones is one of Europe's leading producers of menswear with more than 1000 stores across 38 countries. We are currently looking to recruit a Store Manager for our Flagship Store the Pavilion Shopping Centre Swords
Role & Responsibilities:
-Responsible for the day to day running of the store in Swords Dublin
-Required to lead by example at all times and to manage a team of between 9-12 team members.
-Responsible for maintaining a sales driven mind-set, motivating your team to provide a high level of customer service and also towards achieving sales targets & KPI targets.
-Liaising with head office in relation to certain aspects of the business.
-Follow Compony procedures and assisting Area manager in matters concerning merchandising, shop operations and business practices, team training, team building.
Necessary skills/experience:
-Previous managerial experience in a fast paced fashion retail environment.
-Experience of both managing & motivating a team.
-Proven track record of achieving sales targets & KPI's.
-Experience of training & developing a team.
-Experience in relation to Visual Merchandising and following brand guidelines.
-A desire to succeed is also necessary.
