SCOPE:
- Responsible for dealing the Table and maintaining correct Gaming procedure in relation to Studio Strategy to meet Players expectation.
- Responsible for Hosting and entertaining the customers while following the Standard of Gaming policy in relation to Studio Strategy to meet players expectation and Prevents Customer complain.
- Responsible for always looking Pretty and Presentable in front of the clients to meet Player expectation.
DELIVERABLE/GOAL:
- To deliver Players expectation by providing quality of service thru Speed of Dealing, Accuracy and excelletn Players interaction
- To deliver quality of service to meet the Players expectation by implementing effective and efficient Gaming Strategies to reduce Players waiting time
- To meet the company goal by proper hosting with the correct content to prevent players complain
- To improve the Gaming Standard by maintaining the beauty and fitness of the Dealers
FUNCTIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES:
- Meets and Exceeds Playes/Clients/Guests and Team Members Expectation by providing consistent excellent Dealing and hosting service
- Performs other Proper Dealing procedure with proper gesture and Posture
- Maintaining Gaming standards
- Takes charge of manning the designated/assigned gaming table
- Shufflingand/or loading of pre shuffle cards
- Maintaining the correct gaming procedures laid down in the Gaming Manual at all times
- Must have thorough knowledge of game procedures and House Rules for all applicable games
- Deals games with effiency and professionalism while providing great guest service
ADMINISTRATIVE RESPONSIBILITIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES:
- Communicates and coordinates with colleagues regarding dealing to ensure smoothness and efficiency in the conduct of table games
- Cooperates and consult the Pit bosses on all her actions at all times
- Keeps Pit Boss informed at all times by means clear comments on all operations and transaction
- Participates actively during meetings and briefing
- Maintain the BMI
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
- Candidate must possess at least a High School Diploma, any field.
- At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employees.
- Full-Time position(s) available.
