Phone Screeners [Philippines]


 

Leads generation from our different sourcing channels such as employee referrals, online/digital platforms, and other job boards

· To ensure daily targets are met for callouts & invites.

· Interview candidates either via phone or face to face

· Coordinate interviews with hiring managers.

· Daily updating of all applicant and sourcing trackers.

· Conduct HR interview on candidates who will pass sourcing screening, ensuring to adhere to the company standards in conducting HR interviews

· Managing expectations of our candidates on what to expect during the recruiting process and actual job/work scope

· Coordinating with Hiring Managers/Final interviewers on scheduling the candidates for interviews or assessments.

· Ensure applicant trackers are updated real time on final status of candidates.

· Orient shortlisted candidates on what to expect in the onboarding process before handing off to the admin team

· Other tasks given by the immediate supervisor

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: From Php16,000.00 per month

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Cubao Quezon City: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
