Job description
As a Field Application Engineer covering Automotive MCU, Car Body and Powertrain & safety products, need to support technical issues for N.China key customers, ensure customer satisfaction and support vigorous business growth.
Understanding of customer’s needs from a technical perspective, can analyze and support products fit during their selection in order to make design–in at focus customers.
Be the central point of contact during escalations between customer, distributor FAE and application team, working with cross functional groups until the technical issue has been resolved.
Works with marketing and application team to define new products and ensure the new product can meet the market needs.
Conduct technical training to distribution partners.
Competition Analysis
Profile
EE Bachelor and minimum 3 year experience in automotive industry
Has the ability to review customer designs, high level block diagrams, schematics and layouts.
Has the market sense in automotive market.
Customer relationship skills
Presentation/facilitation skills
Team player, self-starter and good communication skills
Proficient in English reading, writing and speaking.
