Job Description:
- Reply to Rider inquiries and support to provide information on order related issues.
- Respond to cases from online channels both Live chat and webform
Requirements:
- Effective interpersonal skills, including proven abilities to listen, comprehend, effectively communicate clearly and concisely to obtain positive results- Proactive, strong organizational skills
- Problem solving skill- Good analytical and proactive mindset
- Have a sense of ownership and service
