Job Description
1.Reply messages / provide solution to customer /arrange pickup .
3.Assist and manage in product management such as upload of all existing and new products, images, descriptions and conduct market research to E-Commerce marketplaces (eg. Shopee / TIKTOK /Facebook/Instagram etc.)
4.Patiently sever online customer, provide quality and comfortable service
5.Responsible for daily sales operations, including campaign, logistic management, product page optimization, keywords optimization, and business flow optimization.
6.assist in content creating session for TIKTOK and SHOPEE
7.Assist in order processing, documentation and delivery Clerical and administration support to platform.
8.livechat
9.Locate products, check stock availability, arrange collection/ delivery and process exchanges (include store exchanges)
10.Handle complaints, promotion enquiries, product information enquiry, pricing enquiries, gift registry etc
11.Facilitate root-cause investigation, providing status updates, follow-through on corrective actions and any other customer queries.
12.To perform other admin job as requested
13.Carry out any other responsibilities as and when assigned by superior
14.Able to adapt quickly on a fast paced environment. Passionate & quick in learning new tools to improve own’s efficiency in managing daily tasks.
