Job Description:
As an Inbound Sales Representative, you will play a pivotal role in achieving our aggressive
customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives.
Your day-to-day responsibilities will involve engaging with inbound leads, sparking interest,
qualifying prospects, and gathering basic information.
You will manage contacts and activities within Salesmate.io CRM and have the opportunity to
influence the growth trajectory of the client’s organization.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Engage in daily outreach to potential customers expressing interest in our services.
2. Generate and provide quotes to potential customers using our internal pricing
tools.
3. Update and manage activities, opportunities, and account information in CRM.
4. Manage CRM database tags, sequences, pipeline processes, and generate
reports.
5. Provide a high-level overview of our services and process to potential customers.
6. Assist, when needed, with the collection of initial information from customers.
7. Manage and nurture the relationship throughout the lifecycle of each opportunity.

community, and services through a Beta Tester program selling t-shirt of the month club
memberships and sticker club plus products.
Location:
· 100% remote (but must be able to work during our EST/CST business hours)
· Includes a base salary and uncapped commission.

We need closers! No cold calls are required in this role.
· They have already worked hard to build a robust lead generation and an ever-growing
online presence to give us more leads than we can handle.
· They have closed 450+ new members in 2023 only using Facebook ads and are ready to
expand even faster.
· Each sales rep will call 100 outbound leads per day to those who are currently in the
purchase flow or those who have abandoned.
· You will be armed with discounts and offers to close customers or save refunds.
· Your job will be to close these leads and retain customers by avoiding refunds.

Position Overview:
· You will be responsible for the 2nd interaction with potential Seller Interactive clients who
are owners of consumer brands that are looking to sell their products on Amazon.
· Working with our Operations team, you will help to achieve company sales targets by
properly qualifying warm inbound leads, handling any preliminary questions, and giving
product demonstrations. In addition, you will also be responsible for achieving your own
individual sales targets and will be rewarded with uncapped commissions.
· This role could be performed remotely as long as you have a good internet connection
and are able to work EST business hours.
Key Responsibilities:
· Respond quickly to inbound leads resulting from marketing activities
· Manage the lead pipeline using Seller Interactive’s CRM system (Pipedrive)
· Attend to leads via phone and email to convert them into customers via outbound phone
scripts
· Follow up and execute on scheduled tasks to keep leads warm
· Take scheduled sales calls and answer the sales phone line for inbound enquiries
· Respond to customer enquiries as required
· Learn about offers and convey this information to potential customers achieving 1
retention and or new sales
Preferred Qualifications:
· 1-3 years of relevant face-to-face, phone sales, or similar experience;
· Strong organizational, pipeline management, and influencing skills;
· Genuine curiosity and an ability to ask effective questions and understand customer needs;
· Experience in high growth, a fast-paced company such as a startup (preferred)
· Experience being on or managing a sales team (preferred)
