Triage Support Clerk (Admin) x2 posts [United Kingdom]


 

North Lincolnshire Council’s Healthy Lifestyle team are seeking two enthusiastic individuals to undertake an important role as Triage Support Clerk. Both roles will be 18.5 hours and will cover the team's core hours of 9am – 5pm Monday to Friday with the possibility of one late per week (until 7pm).

The successful candidates will be responsible for a variety of administration duties, with the main focus being telephone triage. The right person should possess excellent organisation, communication, and IT skills, be flexible and well-motivated. They must also enjoy engaging with members of the public and colleagues, plus have a positive attitude to working within a challenging and demanding role.

The role includes supporting front line staff and the team coordinators with administration, triaging referrals, appointment booking, data inputting, NRT stock control, plus other duties, making it a diverse and varying workload.
