Objectives of this Role
1. Take our products and services to the corporate organizations and individuals
2. Work to Achieve set objectives through effective planning, setting sales goals, analyzing performance data, and projecting future performance.
3. Continuously improvement of self on the companies product of services
4. Generate leads, and build and nurture client relationships
Responsibilities:
1. Be an active participant in the sales force
2. Meet with potential clients and grow long-lasting relationships by understanding their needs
3. Communicate key quantitative metrics and business trends as they relate to partner relationships
4. Identify new leads and sales opportunities.
5. Attend weekly and monthly sales meetings
Skills and Qualifications:
HND or Bachelor’s degree in any marketing related filed
Minimum of 1-2 years work experience in sales.
Experience in insurance /Pension, Real Estate and Micro Finance is an added advantage .
Applicants should possess excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
